Show an exact calendar date in the shipping rate name at checkout.

Configure per-province calendars with a fixed dispatch weekday and cutoff time. At checkout, the existing rate is renamed with the calculated date (for example, “Despacho a domicilio — miércoles 7 de octubre”). The storefront injects the clock and the date is stored on the order.
